Catching the Inspiration

It's been a long time since I wrote something inspiring, something that keeps me motivated and honestly, I'm drained of reasons to be inspired... Maybe because the things that kept me inspired before doesn't inspire me now... I'm not gloomy, but I'm not just inspired...

But I want to be inspired again... I want to state the reasons of my inspirations. And here they are:

.Jehovah - yes, a stronghold of my fears... and the one I'm throwing my burden to... my silent friend... my earnest mentor... and he believes in us... He's drawing to me, as much as I draw to him (James 4:8).

.Family - from my favorite Mattias, to my cuddly pamangkins... One great source of inspiration, of unconditional love, and of a smile in my face...

.Special and Important friends - that's how I call them. As for that one and only important person, the one I can't live without, my breathing air... I just hope to end the agony we're facing, and it all lies in your hands... And for that special person... thanks for inspiring... really, you've inspired me... Some "kilig" factor... but that's just it... for now, that inspiration is turning into pain (I'm thinking of creating a separate post for that)... and I just have to end it.

.I-look-up-to-people and mentors - Let me just state them:As for spiritual (ate Janet, Zward, Jaycee, Kuya Michael, ate Anlyn, kuya Gary), for their devotion and dedication for spiritual things, and its not just a facade... makes me wanna spend my utmost time for ministry... ; As for the IT industry (ate Rubie, sir Allan, my big boss, sir GVG, ma'am Zhen, ma'am Malen, sir Gibs, big daddy); Lifestyle and fashion (Rhian Ramos, sir Chris, and Bianca King)...

.the books that keep me inspired (Its been a long time since I finished a book, cause the one I'm busy reading mostly dealt with technical one, like java, cobol and oracle... haha, not inspiring...)- books by Nicholas Sparks (I have only read 2 of them...grrr... want to be subscribed)... And I still promise, I'll finish my book, even if its a trash, I'll publish one. Someday.

.Material things - my earnest hope for DLSR camera, apple Mac Laptop, iPhone...

.Hobbies - videoke, hoping to be with sheh soon... writing, yes, this blog keeps me inspired... music... conan... and eating halo halo!

LOVE:like = SUN:stars

A special friend once asked me, whats the difference between love and like. I was just dumbfounded... Thinking, that's just a simple question - yes, but with complicated answers.

And after contemplating over it this lunch, here's my answer: LOVE:like = SUN:stars.

Yes, sun is still a star. So, what's the difference and in what way are they similar? Sun is nearer to us. Love is closer to our hearts. Sun is needed by everyone for it is needed for life, and gives us hope for another day. Same is true with love. It gives us hope and pacify that hole in our life. Love lightens our life and motivates us. Unfortunately, if we embrace the sun's light, it's risky for our health. The same goes for love. We should know our limit for it. How about the stars and like?

Stars shine the most when the sun is gone. It shines our way on our dim night and always light our way up to the north (as for POLARIS), always forward. Stars can be multiple and with different brightness. Same goes for like. Like is intensified when our love is gone. It can be a stronghold for our adversaries and might be an inspiration to move us through in life... It can be multiple and with different emotional intensity... But even there are millions of stars, there will always be one sun that our life orbits at... And just like the stars that can't replace the sun in our life... Like just can't replace our love unless it becomes the love in itself...

And that's how I wrap my answer....
